Outlook icon appearing in quick launch toolbar...

Outlook icon appearing in quicklaunch toolbar everytime there is an update
for windows. Can Microsoft stop this happening please? I do not want or
need the outlook icon in my quick launch and I am sure I am not the only
person who has this problem of having to delete it every time I download a
windows update.

Well it certainly doesn't happen here - mind you, I don't use
quicklaunch......
