Hi,

I just bought a new laptop (P4 2.8ghz 512mb RAM) with Windows XP HE. I
immediately installed Office 2003 without any difficulty. I ran the updates
and the SP2 update for Win XP. Now when I click a hyperlink in an email, the
"save as" dialogue box launches instead of IE to the hyperlink. Any
suggestions?

Hi Bill,

I tried the first method listed and it didn't work. I looked to perform the
second and I couldn't find "options" under the view menu (Win XP). I don't
have any other browsers installed.

Any other ideas?

Try this: in IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
