Outlook has an error and closes every time I open it. Help?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and for the last couple of days, it's sent an error
message and closed almost as soon as I've opened it. Yesterday I reported the
error, and was given a couple of updates that "should fix the problem", but
today, there are no more updates, and no more suggestions.
 
Did you ever get a resolution to this problem - the same thing is happening
to me. My hubby thinks it's related to having McAffee running.
