Outlook goes through configuration Process everytime I launch

I installed office 2007. I've had it installed since June. Every time I
launch it, it goes through "Configuring Microsoft Office Standard 2007" which
can take upto 5 minutes. If I cancel, it starts just the same. I'm running
Vista home premium 32bit and Office standard 2007. All other office apps run
fine.

Perhaps install again then, but right-click the installer when you run
it, and use the run as administrator option - that might fix it.
