Outlook giving access e-mail addresses msg with Word as editor

I'm using Office XP SP3, and have all current updates
from Windows & Office Update. I'm using Word as my e-
mail editor.

Any time I reply to a message Outlook pops up a message
that a program is trying to access e-mail addresses. I
can make this stop for 10 minute by clicking that choice
on the box, but is there a way to make it permanent? If
I uncheck 'Use MS Word to edit e-mail messages', then the
problem goes away, but I really would like to continue
using Word as my editor.

Outlook 2002 SP3 adds additional properties to the list of those that are
affected by the security features. As a result, one of your add-ins needs
updated to the latest version - antispam add-ins are a common cause
although others are affected by the changes as well. Many add-ins were
updated following the release of Outlook 2003 and should work with SP3, if
not you'll need to contact the vendor for a newer version.

applications known to trigger the warning.

I was afraid of this canned response. I don't see that
it's an add-in problem since I can turn off 'use word as
my editor' and the problem goes away. It's something
with using Word as the e-mail editor.

Any other ideas?

Do you have Adobe acrobat installed? Any other addins? The acrobat addin is
the usual cause when the warning comes up on replies when word is the
editor. The URL has instructions on how to stop it without losing
functionality.

I'm having the same problem. There are no COM Ad-Ins and the only Add-ins
listed are "Delegate Access", "Deleted Item REcovery", Exchange Extensions
commands", "Exchange Extensions property pages", and "Server Scripting".
All are checked except Server Scripting. Could any of these cause it or is
there something else I can look at?

Did you get a response to this? I did once and lost
track of it. Adobe 6.0 is the culprit. It attaches to
the registry. Someone in here prevoulsy gave mr the
registry address and the change to make. I got an update
and it is back now so I need the info also. I didn't see
it at Slapstick which is like trying to find a needle in
a haystack!
