Outlook Free/Busy

When I upgraded from WIN2000 to WINXP, My free/Busy
stopped working. I received a msg
from "(e-mail address removed)" saying they would cancel my
for lack of use. In fact, I have sent 4 email messages
to them asking for help. No answer!!! And they send my
an automated message that I will be cut off for not using
the service!!! And, of course their msg said do not
reply to this message so I couldn't even go to that
person with my request/complaint.

I have serched the help screens and FAQ's. No help. I
NEED somebody from Microsoft Free/Busy Service to contact
me. Can you help?

Good luck with your request, and efforts to get it
working.

I too have found it impossible to contact them, and I
have been waiting a week to get my original posting
replied to.
