Outlook forms

I am trying to edit a form in Outlook.
It currently has an attachment but I need to delete this
attachment and attach another.

Any idea how this is done?!

Outlook version 2003 and it's a customised form!

Run the form, remove the attachment, attach a different file, then republish
the form.
