Outlook Forms with OWA

I

Ian Buckley

Hi we are a non profit attempting to use Forms and views with OWA. The forms
and views work fine in outlook but don't seem to be so cooperative with OWA.
TH eviews are listed in OWA but don't appear to provide the correct data. Is
this a common issue. Second Can I specify which form is presented to our
volunteers when they log in?

Many thanks

Ian

Hi Sue,
I came across this program called Microsoft Outlook HTML Form Converter.
Will this help knowing I have Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2002?

How about just the views. They list fine in the OWA drop down list but they
don't deliver the expected data?

Many thanks Sue

Cheers

Ian
Outlook forms do not work with OWA at all. YOu would have to design separate
web forms, not necessarily an easy task. The place to start is
http://msdn.microsoft.com/exchange/

Not at all. The Forms Converter tool is for Exchange 5.5 and does only a partial job.

I can't get views with custom fields to work in my lab. They just hang OWA. Your mileage may vary.

Hi Sue,

What about custom views in OWA any joy?

These would help - especially if I want volunteers to add categories to the
records.
