Outlook Forms Coding

Hi

I need the code to launch the Outlook (XP and 2K) forms for new appointments
and new tasks.

The links Ofer gave are outstanding - The OutlookAppointment.zip worked great
for adding to my own calendar.

My question is how to add an appointment to a public shared calendar?
