Outlook Formatting

Sean

I'm the Assistant IT Admin at a wireless communications
company. I have a user that is having an issue with
Outlook 2002. Anytime that he opens up a window for a new
message, he gets all the formatting marks. Like the dots
between words, indentation marker, new paragraph marker,
and the like. I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I
have gone through every menu option in Outlook and can not
find resolve. I know that sometimes if you make
formatting adjustments in Word it will effect Outlook as
well. I had him open Word and there is no formating marks
there. I would greatly appreceiate any help or tips that
i can get. Thank you. -S

You should be able to control those features from 'Tools|Options|View' in a
new email message. Alternatively, you can turn off the option to use Word
as the email editor.
