outlook flag status

The flag status is at the far right even though it's not at the bottom of the
field list, and I can't drag it to the left.
 
The Quick Flag is a always anchored on the right. You'll need to disable
Quick flags if you want to use the traditional flag format. Customize the
view and choose Other settings to disable it.
