Outlook first configuration with RPC-HTTPS

I need to connect few remote users to corporate Exchange server 2003 but I
can't connect them using VPN. I tried to configure their Outlook 2007 to
connect with RPC-HTTPS but it gives me an error resolving server name, I
found no way to avoid this error. For the clients with first configuration in
LAN everything is working fine also from Internet.

Exchange Server is already configured to accept RPCoHTTP, the laptops that
I've configured in LAN now are working fine conected trough Internet. The
problem is that I can't config a new client direct from Internet without
having it in LAN first.
