Outlook Fax file format

Currently we have Outlook 2007 on a SBS 2003 network and are receiving faxes
through SBS however they are coming in a .tiff file format and it is taking 4
or 5 clicks to be able to print them. Is there a way to 1.) change the format
to jpg and 2.) be able to 'one click' print received faxes?
