Outlook express

I receive, but am not allowed access to, attachments. I
have a message stating:"OE removed access to the
following unsafe attachment in your mail: pre-
tenderestimateanalysis.xls"
This applies to all attachments (from otherwise safe
sources)but affexts no other function.

that is a security update to Outlook to protect you from
nasties, there will be a setting in the "options" allowing
you to turn it off, but do so with care.
