Outlook Express

When opening Outlook I can send and receive e.mails but e.mails i receive
have no attachments or say anything, this goes for old e.mails. Have tried
un-installing outlook and re-installing. PLEASE HELP
 
Go to: Start>Run>Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: OK. {Note
the space after 32}.
