outlook express

my email on outlook express dose not work properley. my e-
mails overlap my viewing them.i have to use arrows
manually to pull down and view e-mail.i am also missing
tool bar for options, for next,delete,save,etc.i would
appreciate any help to solve this problem.

For your toolbar options click on View, Layout, select the toolbar and click
customize toolbar and add and delete whatever you want.
