outlook express

some one sent me some pictures 43MB and it has locked up
my outlook express. Every time I log on it tries to
download. How can I get rid of this.
So I can use my outlook express.

If your ISP offers web based e-mail interface, you could login using Internet Explore (or other browser) and clean your mailbox.
If you are not sure, try your user name (e-mail address) and password here:

http://www.mail2web.com

Otherwise, call your ISP and ask them to remove the file.
