outlook express

I get my E mail ok. Icn not open any attachments or click
on the blue lines for more information or links. What
have I done to block these things?

What happens when you click on a "blue line" (aka hyperlink)?

If you click on a link in an OE message and an IE window doesn't open:

1. http://www.oehelp.com/oedef.aspx; then...

2. http://www.oehelp.com/ielnk.aspx.

If you click on a link in an OE message and an IE window opens but doesn't
load:

Re-register all the DLLs in the above article (or see
