Outlook Express

The toolbar at the top of the window that says "Send,
Reply, Forward" etc. has disapeared (I don't know what I
did. I have went to "layout" and checked the "Toolbar"
box, but I can't get it to show up. Can someone help?

Right click on a blank space and put a check mark on toolbars. (dropdown
menu)
