outlook express

Went to my help and support, did an analysis check for network connections,
and my Default Outlook Express pop.mts.net / smtp.mts.net failed the ping,
how do I fix it ?

I just tried pinging those mail servers. Their names resolve to IP
addresses, but the servers don't reply to pings. Many Internet
providers program their servers not to reply to pings, so that doesn't
indicate a problem.

Is everything else working OK? Can you send and receive E-mail? If
not, what's going wrong?

Most ISPs block pings so that's not a valid test. What problem(s) are you
having?
