When I click on any link in Outlook Express, I never had problems, but now I
can't click on links. They're still blue and underlined, but I can't click
on them. So now, I have to copy and paste the links instead. Does this
have something to do with my Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2? Thanks.

It could. It is BETA software.

Start button --> RUN
Type in:

regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

Click on OK.

Try:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/177054
(ignore the version and try anyway.)

Still get cleartype and still the link isn't working right. When I click on
links now, the 1033 folder opens on any link. I don't know why, but the
1033 folder is opening when I clicked on your link at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/177054
It did that on another link also. The 1033 folder is located at C:\Program
Files\Common Files\System\MAPI. It makes no sense why that would open when
I click on your link. (As well as other links)

[Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs >] Set Program Access and Defaults >
Browser: IE *must* be chosen here if you're running IE7 Beta 2 and want such
links to work.

Beta testers of IE7 Public Preview are asked to post their comments &
questions to microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general newsgroup.
