Every time I try to open new mail or even any old mail, I
get a program error..."msimn.exe has generated errors and
will be closed. I can download new messeges but I can't
send any. Same program error message. I tried re-
installing IE6 with service pack but still same error
message. I'm running Win2000Pro. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Reinstall Windows 2000.
Reinstall all your apps.
Restore your data.
