Outlook Express & Wscript.exe

Have a problem with Outlook Express and an error message.
Using Road Runner on Windows 98SE pc. Had to replace
modem and ethernet card. Techie tweaked some software as
well. Now Norton Crash Guard is intercepting problems with
Wscript.exe. We can ignore it and it closes Norton's, but
still can use Outlook. Get this message at least 5 times
in 20 minutes, often times more often than that. Since
the tweaking of the software, the problem has been
present. Does NOT impact Outlook itself, only Outlook
Express. Driving wife crazy, which means driving me crazy
as well.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
