Outlook express won't work

We have a new system< Vista > Outlook express won't work right, It keep
freezing up and won't download out mail.
Can any one tell me where the fix is, or give me the MS data base artical
that explains this issue.

Outlook Express does not run on Vista. Did you mean Windows Mail?
Microsoft has issued a replacement for Windows Mail:
