Outlook Express wont open links

Something has happened and I can no longer directly click
on links from my outlook express email.I click and
nothing happens.I have searched everywhere but cant find
the problem.Thanks

Hyperlinks don't open:

Also, if you have a link open via OE, but minimized, it usually will not
open a second.
