Outlook Express virus

My antivirus program has identified virus Win32.Yahaa.K@mm in a deleted
Outlook express file I can't identify. Th indicaton is "Microsoft\Outlook
Express\Deleted Items.dbx=>(message 132)" . I can't find this old message
dated 2003, and do not know how to find it. My virus shield is unable to
destroy it. What can I do? I always use Microsoft Outlook.

Either start Outlook Express and empty its Deleted Items folder and then
compact the folders or simply delete the dbx file mentioned in the message.
Since it's the Deleted Items folder, Outlook Express will simply recreate it
when next it is started.
