outlook express toolbar

I have a user who has Windows XP using Outlook express 6. His main toolbar
that usually shows the icons create mail, reply, reply all, forward, print,
delete, send/receive, addresses, and find, somehow gets changed and now only
shows create mail, reply, reply all, forward and print. If he closes the
program and reopens it, the icons return properly. Any clues what might be
causing this????
