Outlook Express removes access to attachments

Hello,

I cannot find any info in the knowledgebase for this. I
have a client whose outlook express tells her that "OE
Removed access to following unsafe attachments in your
email..." for some attachments. It does not do this for
word doc attachments but does for all others.

Any ideas and help would be appreciated.
