I CANNOT OPEN ATTACHMENTS IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS. WHAT COULD

Go to OE/Tools/Options/Security and uncheck the box " Do not allow......"

Also turn off your Caps Lock

Hi R,

You are apparently a newbie and don't understand what all
caps means until now. Please follow the rules.

The reason you can not open attachments is your settings are
set that way. Familiarize yourself with the menu bar. On the
menu bar, click Tools
click Security, look at the check box that says not to allow
attachments to be opened. Uncheck it.

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments...".
