Outlook express problem please help

When I recieve messages in outlook express instead of
getting the mail sign next to the message i get the
forward sign although when i check it is not
automatically forwarding the font icon has just changed
and all my messages are now the same

try an Outlook Express newsgroup - hint - it's under Internet explorer.
