outlook express password

i have a windows ME computer.can i set a password in my outlook express so
that no-one else can get into it without a password?or can a password be set
on a certain folder in my outlook express?

Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.

Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
