Outlook Express Outbox problem

Windows XP Outlook Express 6 outbox has 519 MB message stuck because too big
for server. I just want to delete the message from outbox altogether. How do
I do that? I have tried to highlite the message and pressing delete but that
doesn't seem to work. It sticks up everything else, too. HELP please.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
