Outlook Express no hyperlink

Following the last couple of auto win xp updates, not sp2, outlook express
6.0 no longer works on any hyperlinks. Tried resetting "regsvr32 urlmon.dll"
, and resetting web sttings in IE, and ran spybot, adware and hijack
searches, but no change. Any suggestions?
