Outlook Express Mail to Windows Mail

I have a new pc with Vista and Windows Mail. My old pc has Outlook Express
and I have a lot of saved messages I do not want to lose. How do I get them
to my Mail. I have a transfer cable and have transfered other programs but
am stumped how to get my mail transferred over. Do I copy to cd? Help.
