Outlook Express mail folders restore

When trying to restore my Outlook Express (v.6) address book from a backup
disk, I suffered a double whammy: the address book failed to restore and my
mail folders were overwritten. As I backed up two months ago , I have lost my
most recent two months' of stored e-mails.

Luckily I have just started backing daily up to an external hard disk so
all the foldfers are on there - my question is, how do I locate and copy them
from the external hard disk to the internal one?

This newsgroup discusses Outlook, not Outlook EXPRESS.
 
Hi Andrew,

please ask this question again in an Outlook Express Newsgroup. This NG is
for Outlook (and a little bit Exchange):

The "express" professionals are in the express newsgroup.
