When opening Outlook express I now get the logon dialogue box appear and
despite entering the correct user name / password am unable to open the
program in the normal manner.
I have been in contact with my ISP provider who has eliminated any problems
their end with my account.
The only way I can overcome the problem (temporarily) is to open the
'internet accounts' box in Outlook express and delete then recreate a new
account.
This then works fine until such time as I shut the PC down and reboot when
the problem reappears and I have to repeat the process.
I have the 'remember password' option checked and have already attempted a
system restore to a previous date without success.
I have also attempet to remove and re-install the program by deselecting in
the Windows components box.
Any help or advice on eliminating the problem would therefore be much
appreciated.
