Outlook Express locked by incoming message

Hi! I recieved some 50 messages today with Outlook Express. One of the 50
mesg. I cannot erase or open or run the Norton Antivirus. Has anyone had a
similar experience?

Assuming this wonderful message is in the Inbox, the easiest way to fix is
to do the following.

1) Move all items you want to keep out of the Inbox to another folder
2) Shutdown Outlook Express
3) Open Windows Explorer and locate Inbox.DBX
4) Rename Inbox.DBX to Inbox.DBX.ORIGINAL
5) Close Windows Explorer

The next time you start Outlook Express it will create a new Inbox.DBX file.
You can move your items back to the Inbox if you wish.
