Outlook Express: Location for Saving Attachments

I cannot find a newsgroup on Outlook express, some i'm
posting here in the hope that someone can help me,

In Outlook Express, when saving an attachment, the default
directory is set \Documents and Settings\<username>\My
Documents.

By using 'Browse' I can alter the destination to where I
want it to be. However, the next time I save an
attachment, I'm pointed back to \Documents and
Settings\<username>\My Documents.

I find this very frustrating, can anyone tell me how I can
reset the default attachment directory to be where I want
it?

It's a current bug in OE. Until it's fixed, Kelly Theriot has a workaround
at her site called "Saved Attachments Default in OE." If you utilize this
fix, be sure to select the XP download:
