Outlook Express Links Don't Work - Why?

C

Cooter

Up until several days ago I could click on a link in an e-mail and it would
open IE at that address. Now nothing happens. I can't find a setting in the
Tools > Oprions dialog that addresses this subject.

After the recent warning about the IE flaw I installed Mozilla, then
uninstalled it. Then installed / uninstalled Opera. In neither case did I
make them my default browser or mail client. Could either of them have
messed up my ability to follow a link in e-mails? BTW, I am back to using IE
and OE.

Any help appreciated.
