Outlook express is not responding

When I first log on to my computer I can open outlook express and check my
emails but once I close the program it will not open again. I click it and it
does nothing. when I go to log off it says that MSIMN is not responding?

Are you, BTW, running McAfee virus scan? Then you should have a look here:

I am not running Mcafee, but ty for the advice. I did a system restore an it
fixed the problem.
