Outlook Express - Incoming mail server address changing without no

Weirdest thing i've ever seen...

After every reboot my incoming mail server address is changed to "localhost"
and my account name gets a forward slash at the end with the real incoming
server address after the forward slash.

Ive checked for virusses but found nothing

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm getting tired of changing it
everytime.
 
It's caused by having your anti-virus email scanning turned on.
