Outlook Express in C#

Hi,

In my C# Windows Form project, I would like to have a button which will
initiate the client's Outlook Express.
In the mean time, it needs to attach a particular document in the OE.
Would some one give me some advice?

(outlook or outlook express?) If you aren't using VSTO, now would be a good
time to start (outlook only). If this is not possible or if this is for
outlook express, have a look at the OE com library.
