Outlook Express error

When exiting Outlook Express i occassionally get the
following error message:
'The instruction at "0x77f83907" referenced memory
at "0x009a4ee4". The memory could not be "written"'

I do not have Outlook set to compact my messages and am
struggling to solve the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated,
