outlook express error

I'm having some trouble with my outlook express. When I attempt to start the program, one of two things happens:

1. It doesn't start up--this happens more often than 2
2. I get a pop up box "msnmsgr.exe Application Error: x The instruction at "0x00fe662f" referenced memory at 0xffffff." The memory could not be "written." Click on OK to terminate the program." Then when I click OK, it opens.

what is going on? I tried deleting outlook express, and then reinstalling, but I don't think I fully unstalled it to begin with, not sure how to...

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

it's driving me nuts!

Nothing really to do with the operating system. Try one of the OE groups.
