OUTLOOK EXPRESS ERROR CODE 0X800CCC7D

please could someone help,i am unable to send or recieve email because i get
this error message,everything was working fine,and then this i`m not sure
what i have done and how to put it right.thankyou in advance


the server does not support a SSL coonection. Account:
`mail.virgin.net`,Server:
`mail.virgin.net`, Protocol: SMTP,Server Response:` 250 SIZE 10485760`,Port:
25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error:250,Error Number: 0x800CCC7D
 
Open OE..tools..accounts..properties and on the advanced tab uncheck "This
server requires a secure connection".
 
thankyou ricky,all working now,i am so stupid,what would i do without these
sites.
