Outlook Express Error 0x800420C8

All, I have a computer that can not send e-mail via dial-
up (but can on LAN). The Outlook Express can receive mail
either way, but will only send mail on the LAN. The error
message is:

The message could not be opened from out Outbox folder.
Account: '**my user name**',
Server: '**my server**',
Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No,
Error Number: 0x800420C8

I know I'm a bit late but I just fixed the problem right now. If you are on wireless internet through your house/work this should fix the problem. Go to Tool>Accounts>Select the account that you are using>Properties>Servers>My server requires authentication (check it if unchecked)>Click Settings>Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
