Outlook Express DDL file

My Outlook Express is not working properly due to a
missing or corrupted DDL file. How can I rectify this
problem to get my program working. I only have a Microsoft
Office 2000 installation disc that does not seem to
correct this issue. What other resource can I connect with?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
