Outlook Express Crashes when receiving incoming mail

I have Windows XP Media Center Edition. I am able to send
email messages with Outlook Express, but the program
crashes every time I log on and incoming messages are
downloaded. I keep getting the same old 7 messages
downloaded as new and then the crash notice appears:

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity.
Account: 'getmail.henline.com',
Server: 'getmail.henline.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '+OK 563 octets follow.', Port: 110, Secure
(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"
