Outlook Express Attachments (can't open)

I recently downloaded Outlook Express Version 6. Since
that time I haven't been able open attachments in e-mails
handed over from my Earthlink e-mail account. When trying
to open attachments in e-mails transferred over to Outlook
Express, I get a error message that says "OE removed
access to the following unsafe attachments." I believe
this is a compatibility issue in the handoff from
Earthlink. Can anyone explain or provide guidance in how
to remedy? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

You'd be best off contacting your ISP or asking in the outlook group.

For future questions find and use more apropriate news groups.
Go to: Options -> Security - > Don't allow attachements to be saved .....
and unckeck it.

This is meant as a security measures not as a bug.
