Outlook Express and printing

When I print any received messages in Outlook Express,
(using Windows XP Home) my HP Photosmart 1100 enlarges
the message fonts. For example the size of the font in
the message box of an email received in Outlook Express
via AOL is size 12. When I print the message the from
and the to heading fonts are OK. However, anything in the
message box is printed out as a 14 or 16 size font.
All the Outlook Express settings are set to 9 or 10, and
wherever I could, I set the font size to smallest.

The printer works fine in all other programs except in
the message area of Outlook Express.

I have recently downloaded all the Windows updates and
hope nothing in that batch impacted my Outlook Express.

Any hints, suggestions, solutions would be appreciated.

Open Internet Explorer and from the toolbar, select View, then Text Size.
Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer and inherits its text settings
from its parent program.
